We merge basic pranayama & breathwork, mindful awareness and other meditations; with deeply immersive sound healing of didjeridus, ancient chants, intuitive vocals, flutes, drums and other instruments 🫶🏻

These community sessions are a wonderful opportunity:

* To pick up some really helpful breathing and meditation techniques

* To connect deeply inward to a place of vision and insights

* To experience the deeply nurturing effects of a sound healing done with focus and intention from a place of presence and heart-connection

I have been offering Sound Therapy & Sound Immersions for 21 years, from one on one, to large events and festivals with groups of up to 400 people.

And to be very honest; there is something really special about sessions in small groups.

There is just so much more focus on each human in the space.

And small groups really co-create a beautiful space together, in a very tangible way.
