Community Sound Journey - Sunday 4th May

Community Sound Journey with Anzjuli | Sunday 4th May 5:30 - 6:30pm

A gentle and mindful evening, where Anzjuli will facilitate you through a guided relaxation, meditation and sound journey experience. The perfect way to spend a Sunday evening on a long weekend! All welcome and no experience necessary. Please arrive at the site by 5:15pm ready for the session to commence at 5:30pm. Places in this session are limited. 

Location: Northern Beaches Community Hall, 24 Wallace Street, Bucasia

Cost: $5.00

This community event is subsidized by the Northern Beaches Community Network & Mackay Northern Beaches Lions Club via a Mackay Regional Council Community Impact Grant. 

Please bring: A yoga mat and water. Optional extras such as cushion, bolster, eye pillow, and a covering if you wish eg. blanket will enhance you session.

Wear: Loose, comfortable clothing.
