Fri, 14 Nov, 8pm - 9:30pm EST

Event description

Running great games isn't just about epic storytelling; it's about making sure everyone at your table feels like they belong.

Whether you're a seasoned Game Master or just starting out, join the Melbourne Queer TTRPG Community around the table to learn from expert GMs and community members who bring lived experience and professional insights to running inclusive, accessible games. Our panellists will dive into disability and accessibility, race, sexuality and gender (and more!) at the gaming table. Stay after the panel presentation to continue the discussion and connect during our community discussion. Let's build tables where every player feels safe, celebrated, and free to bring their whole self to the game. Grab your free ticket and join the conversation!

Event Schedule

12 - 1 pm | Panel Discussion
Our expert GMs share their knowledge, experiences, and lessons learned.

1 - 1.30 pm | Community Discussion
Connect with panellists and fellow attendees to share perspectives and learn from our community's collective wisdom.

Meet Our Panellists

Bramble (they/them) [AdderTwist Art] — Bramble is a long-term GM, an upcoming game designer, an activist and a staunch advocate for disability and queer rights. They use a manual wheelchair and sit in the intersection of mental health, disability, queer, and trans rights spaces. Outside of study, they spend their days working with disability housing rights organisations, and their nights developing games and storylines.

Dylan (he/they) [Indiverse.io] — Dylan is one of the founders of the online Indie Tabletop Marketplace, Indiverse.io. He is an avid TTRPG player and forever GM who loves crafting unforgettable stories for his table.

Nicole Renner (she/her) [fractalrpg.com] - Nicole Renner is the author of Dark Vigil and winner of the Australian Roleplaying Industries Game of the Year 2025 Award. She is also a forever GM, currently running four campaigns across three different systems, with her longest running campaign still going at seven years.
