Community Talk with Aunty Brenda Matthews
Description
Western Landcare NSW warmly invites the local community to a special Community Conversation with Aunty Brenda Matthews.
Following the screening of The Last Daughter, this gathering is an opportunity to hear more from Aunty Brenda as she shares her story, reflections and messages of healing, hope, and reconnection.
This conversation invites us to listen with open hearts, learn from lived experience, and explore how we can create new stories together — stories built on respect, truth, courage and stronger relationships on Country.
This is a free community event for anyone who wants to be part of a shared conversation about healing, belonging, family, culture and how we walk forward together.
People of all faiths, beliefs and backgrounds are warmly welcome. This is not a dedicated religious event. It is a community conversation about story, healing, connection and walking forward together.
When: Wednesday 2nd December 2026
Where: TBC
Time: 9.30am arrival for 10am start - 11.30am
