Community update: Coxs River habitat mapping

Celebrate Biodiversity Month with us and discover the results of recent Coxs River habitat mapping, local fish species and river restoration opportunities.
Event details:
Find out what the results of the recent Cox's River Habitat Mapping means for you. NSW Fisheries recently completed extensive aquatic habitat mapping along 92 km of the Coxs River, from Lidsdale to the Kanimbla and Megalong Valley. Join Local Land Services and NSW Fisheries for an informative evening by the river where we will:
Find out the results of Fisheries condition mapping and which way the Coxs River is heading.
Learn what species were observed and what’s so special about the Blue Mountains Perch.
Hear from LLS on how we use this data for river management and what opportunities there are for landholders to improve the river’s condition.
A complimentary BBQ dinner will be provided, with plenty of time for relaxed discussions around the fire throughout the evening.
Bring your questions for LLS and Fisheries and express interest in upcoming projects and programs in the Coxs River Catchment.
