Community Weaving Workshop

A chance to contribute to the festival, and learn from Meg, The Whispering Weaver, with a heavily discounted workshop fee, and two scholarship places available (for financial hardship, please contact taranta.festival@gmail.com).

Weavers will meet at Meg’s studio every Tuesday and learn to leave on a loom while creating fabric from recycled materials. This fabric will be used to dress ‘La Mama’, the puppet in our street parade, as well as create other decorations for the festival.
