Community Wellbeing & Resilience Programme

This highly impactful educational programme engages young people and their families with a dynamic and interactive course to help them discover their innate resilience and wellbeing.

Taught over 5 sessions, students learn how to access their inbuilt wisdom to empower them with the confidence to manage life's challenges such as: stress, anxiety, anger, bullying, social media, self image and identity.

The iheart curriculum has been delivered across the globe since 2018 reaching over five thousand young people and receiving outstanding results from students, parents and teachers alike.
