Event description
Hello, my name is Narelle. I'm a newly certified 200-hour yoga teacher, and I’m inviting you to a free community yoga class.
This will be a peaceful space where you can take time for yourself— to unwind, ease out of the weekend, and gently step into the week ahead. It’s a moment to connect with your body, breath, and inner calm.
What to Expect:
A gentle flow for all levels
A focus on mindfulness, breath, and ease
A calm, welcoming environment where everyone can feel at home
As I’m still learning, growing, and building my confidence as a teacher, the class may not be perfectly smooth, but I’m so grateful for the opportunity to practice alongside you. Your presence and feedback mean the world to me.
