Event description

Revitalize, replenish and give back to yourself with yoga.  As the days lengthen, take this opportunity to fill up your cup with some self-care and self-kindness with stretching, breathing and balancing. Lisa will also bring her special crystal bowls for a beautiful sound bath experience. Bring along your yoga mat, water bottle and blanket. Wear warm comfortable clothes.
