Optional Assessment:
The option to successfully complete an assessment, comprising of three tasks: quiz, exam and
assignment. All three tasks must be successfully completed with a pass mark of 65 per cent to
achieve the Company Directors Course™ award.
Executive Leaders Dinner:
Invitation to attend an Executive Leaders Dinner hosted by RDALC. Providing a valuable opportunity to
strengthen networking among executive leaders and discuss regional challenges and opportunities.
Optional Membership of the AICD:
Complimentary membership for 12-months per (eligible) participant attending the Company Directors Course™. The
customary one-off joining fee of $200 (excluding GST) is waived for these complimentary memberships.
Memberships are subject to the following Membership Offer Conditions;
- Participants must attend a minimum of 4 out of 5 days of the Company Directors Course™
- Participants must return completed membership forms to the AICD no later than six months following the last day of the course, day 5 for the Company Directors Course™
- Membership is non-transferable;
- "This offer does not apply to participants who are existing members of the AICD. For the avoidance of doubt, a participant who is an existing member cannot claim any form of refund for fees already paid or credit for membership renewals;
- This offer cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, discounts or credit. If the participant or client chooses not to take up the offer, no refunds, credits or discounts will apply.
- Membership renewal fees apply following the conclusion of the 12-month period if the participant wants to renew membership beyond the initial 12-month period.
- Standard membership eligibility criteria applies.
AICD will waive the joining fee component of their membership fee for any (eligible) participant who applies to become a member and otherwise meets the eligibility criteria for AICD membership, reducing our membership fee down to $600.00 (excluding GST).
Course Materials:
MyLearning is the AICD's repository for all course delivery components including notes and materials and all course materials will be delivered directly to participants electronically.  Log-in instructions to AICD’s MyLearning will be sent to participants nominated email address and in hard copy to nominated postal address.Please note that all materials provided by the AICD is subject to intellectual and industrial property rights, and participants may only use it for personal educational use only.Â
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Your registration will be confirmed once full payment of $9,500.00 (ex GST) has been received by RDALC. A tax invoice
will be issued after you register.
REGISTRATION STEPS
- Review Course Details:Â Review the course information above and click "Continue" to proceed with registration.
- Register:Â Select your ticket and complete the required registration details. No payment is needed via Humanitix. RDALC will send a tax invoice via email once we receive your completed online registration.
- Confirmation Email: After submitting your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. A tax invoice will be issued within two business days of receiving your registration.

Make Payment:Â Payment of the invoice must be made within 14 days to complete your
registration. Your registration will only be confirmed once payment has been received in full.

Access to AICD MyLearning:Â Once payment is received, you will receive login instructions for
AICD’s MyLearning platform via email, and a hard copy will be mailed to your nominated postal address.
Refunds and Transfers:
Please note that registrations are non-refundable and
non-transferable after 10 February 2025.
