Compassionate – Self Discovery Series 1 (#655A@AWK) - Online!
In this Group work you study in-depth understandings of yourself: Each week within the group study we do healing techniques to open up our wisdom as well as specific areas to uncover and heal. The 2 1/2 hours are packed with in-depth revelations about who you are, where you have come from and where you are going.
Week 1: Covers a broad look at Living Self Compassion and what needs to change in our life we do techniques to touch our feelings and open us up to a bigger picture of our life and our leadership.
Week 2: Is all about family life and evolvement beyond its protective and inhibitive projections and a look at freedom and its attributes. We do a healing technique to heal ourselves and others as well as techniques that open our sensitivity and reveal our wisdom within as well as techniques to strengthen our self-loyalty.
Week 3: We come to some in depth self-realisations as well as the role of confusion and guidance in our spiritual journey of clarification.
We do a word therapy technique as well as one that display the power of the feelings
Week 4: We look our awakening and do techniques to strengthen our ability to use our feelings and their sensitivity. We close the evening with powerful closing techniques to feel centred within and in the universe.
Week 5: We learn about self-reliance and building our confidence in our feelings again. We do techniques to unfold their profound wisdom and knowing.
Week 6: We do some powerful energy lifting techniques as well as learning how to work trace energy. We learn about our uniqueness and start using our energy to help and heal others.
Week 7: Is a powerful conclusion to the group work where you learn techniques to use your energy in a positive way to heal yourself and heal others. You learn about the language of the feelings and how to back and support them to unfold your leadership.
