    Neeman Piano Duo

Edward and Stephanie first met in New York while studying piano together. Their first performance as a duo took place in Canberra—a concert that also gave Stephanie the perfect excuse to tell her conservative family that she was travelling to visit her boyfriend during the summer holiday. The Neeman Piano Duo has gone on to perform in major concert halls across Australia and internationally. They have appeared as soloists with orchestras and collaborated with distinguished chamber musicians in concert series including the NOVA Music Series (Salt Lake City), Canberra International Music Festival, Elder Conservatorium Concert Series, and the Piano+ Recital Series presented by the Sydney International Piano Competition. Renowned for their imaginative programming, the duo combines breathtaking virtuosity with elegance, dazzling pianistic athleticism, and a sense of fun. Critic Graham MacDonald praised their “great skill and an obvious enjoyment of performing together plus a little theatre.” They were also invited to present a TEDxCanberra talk on the art of piano duet performance. www.neemanpianoduo.com
