This event will facilitate easy access to vital services and information for participants, while also allowing your organisation to showcase the services you offer. We appreciate your participation in this event.

Each organisation is required to bring sufficient equipment, including relevant IT devices (such as computers, chargers, printers, and connectivity tools), power boards, extension cords, organisational banners, brochures, and promotional materials. Please ensure that your designated area remains safe and free from any potential trip hazards.

The venue will be accessible from 8:30 am for participating services to set up. Please ensure that your area is fully prepared and ready for the event's commencement at 9.30 am. 

Each participating service will be assigned a table and chairs. It is essential to have a representative present at your designated area at all times. You are responsible for the maintenance and security of your equipment; please do not leave it unattended.
