Conducting Thorough Up Front Assessments

In this training we will be reviewing the FP contract in regards to UFA, timelines, forms, and questions for interviewing. We will also be talking about completing the assessments and providing tips for best practice and engagement. Training will be 7 hours with two breaks and a lunch.

TRAINER: Shannon Houselog, LCSW

Shannon Houselog, LCSW is the Clinical Manager for Family Preservation at Penny Lane. She originally worked with FP as an IHOC and completed UFAs and then returned to FP and has been in her role for 8 years. Shannon obtained her MSW from CSUB in 2006 and her LCSW in 2016. Her experience has been working in SPA 1 with families involved with DCFS.
