Connect & Celebrate the Joy of Swimming with The Swim Project

The Swim Project is on a mission to spread the joy of swimming to all adults! 

Join us for a special celebration of confidence, courage, and community at our “Connect and Celebrate the Joy of Swimming” event! 

This celebration is dedicated to:

• adults who are curious about taking the brave step to overcome their fear of water and learn to swim
• adults who have already conquered their fears and are thriving in the water. 
• adults who would like to expand their swimming to regularly swimming laps, open water swimming, snorkelling and even competing in your first triathlon!
• adults who are searching for a friendly swim community where they feel truly welcomed and can connect with other water loving friends

Throughout the event, you’ll connect with adults on various stages of the Adult Swim Journey, enjoy a delicious lunch, and hear from Jacqueline Wong, Founder of The Swim Project who will inspire you to choose courage in and out of the water. Whether you're just starting your Adult Swim Journey or exploring new levels of swimming skills and adventure, this event is a perfect opportunity to celebrate your progress, share swim stories, and build a supportive community. 

Expect an afternoon filled with heart-warming conversations, new friendships, and ample encouragement. Together, we’ll explore how courage and community can help us face our fears, dive into new experiences, and unlock the swimmer within.

A menu with a selection of lunch and drink options will be made available at Hobba on the day. Please note there is a minimum of $35.00 per person to be paid on the day. There will also be a cake to celebrate The Swim Project’s birthday representing six years of pursuing our mission to spread the joy of swimming to all adults.

Photos will be taken at this event that may be used for social media or other marketing materials for The Swim Project. Please contact Jacqueline if you have any questions or do not want to be included in photos. As there is limited seating, please we encourage you to register as soon as possible and if you are later unable to make it, contact Jacqueline as soon as possible so we can extend the invitation to someone else.
