Communication skills are essential to master - especially when managing conflict! Whether it be in personal relationships, business dealings or with team members, conflicts and disagreements can cause unnecessary distress and put pressure on everyone involved. We're running a workshop to help you master the art of conflict management.

In this workshop, we'll cover:

• How to create a culture of peace
• Hearing each other out
• Managing time, emotions and mediation
• Resolution strategies
• Protecting long term relationships in negotiations
