Thanks so much for registering for VicSRC Congress 2020! We can’t wait to see you (virtually) and start working together to solve education issues.

Please take some time to read through all the important information below.

You probably have a lot of questions about what to do next, and how exactly a virtual Congress works… Well, we’re here to help you out with that!

First off, a quick reminder that we need your completed Permission Form by Wednesday 16^th September - you won’t be able to participate in Congress 2020 unless we have your completed permission form on file.

What happens next?

Onboarding

To help you get set up for Congress on the three platforms we’ll be using, schedule yourself in for an onboarding Zoom session with our staff. This will be a quick session with you, some other Congress delegates and VicSRC staff members where we’ll walk you through using Zoom, accessing our Online Learning Suite and the Congress App.

Please submit your time and date preference by this Friday, 4^th September using this form. We highly recommend you do one of these sessions!

Our Online Learning Suite and the Congress App

Before your onboarding session, you should receive emails from our Online Learning Suite and App, with instructions on how to log in to these.

You can go ahead and follow these instructions, or you can wait for your onboarding session and do it with us!

Welcome to VicSRC Congress Online Course

When you do log in to the Online Learning Suite, you’ll notice you’ve been enrolled into the Welcome to VicSRC Congress course. This course will introduce you to Congress, VicSRC and how to pitch on Day 1 of Congress. You can complete this in your own time – as long as you’ve completed it before Congress starts 😊

The welcome course, and your onboarding session, should answer all the questions you have about Congress 2020. But if there’s something we’ve missed, feel free to email our Programs and Events Manager, Hayley, at hayley@vicsrc.org.au or text/call on 0447 691 300.
