CONNECT at SUNRISE  

(Indoors - Autumn/Winter Series)

Join us at the Grove Pavilion for a heartwarming Autumn and Winter series of movement, mindfulness, and community connection. Whether you’re new to CONNECT or a returning friend, these gatherings offer a space to breathe, move, and belong.

What to Expect:

Each session is held in a warm and welcoming setting, inviting you to slow down, ground yourself, and begin the day with intention. Whether you seek stillness, movement, or simply a sense of belonging, CONNECT at Sunrise offers a welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are. Connect at Sunrise sessions 

• 6.30am - Welcome and a short connection activity encouraging participants to build and strengthen connections within the community
• 6.40am - A gentle movement / mindfulness activity. All activities are designed for beginners and each week is different. (Check out our socials or website to find out more about upcoming sessions and facilitators)
• 7:25am - Thank you and session close 
• 7.30am - Stay for a chat and coffee with connections new and old! (or feel free to head off to get on with your day if you need to).

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat or towel
• Warm layers for comfort 
• A water bottle
• An open heart and a willingness to connect
