To celebrate QLD Mental Health Week FNQ Nature Quest are hosting a 'Connect in Nature for Wellbeing Day' at the beautiful Northern Outlook in Redlynch Valley. Connect for positive mental health and participate in a wide range of activities provided by outdoor activity providers and mental health services, there will be something for everyone!
The day will include:
