Join us for the first in our Connect. Move. Create day retreat series, set on sacred land at Rise Temple Studio. This soulful experience is a call to return to your body, your breath, and the creative feminine power that lives inside you.

Held in an intimate circle of 10 women, this is a day of reconnection—through stillness, sacred movement, and the hands-on creation of your own goddess sculpture to take home.

THE EXPERIENCE:

✨ Opening Breathwork & Movement Session
Begin the day by awakening your energy through slow breathwork and conscious movement. Reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm and open space for what wants to rise.

✨ Nourishing Anti-Inflammatory Lunch in the Garden
Prepared with love by Gabrielle Howard of Station22 Café (Upper Burringbar):
– Turmeric Coconut Dahl
– Brown Rice
– Coconut Yoghurt
– Probiotic Salad

Enjoy your meal in our tranquil garden courtyard, with herbal teas and refreshments provided throughout the day.

✨ Goddess Sculpture Workshop with Leisa Russell
A deeply empowering 3-hour clay masterclass guided by renowned ceramic artist Leisa Russell, who brings over 30 years of experience in ceramic art. Through the sacred art of hand-building, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your feminine essence and shape your own goddess figure from clay.

This is more than a class—it’s a ceremony of remembrance.

– Firing of your completed sculpture

✨ Infra-red Sauna Experience
Each guest will receive a private 15–20 minute session in our new infra-red sauna during the afternoon to support deep rest, integration, and nervous system renewal.
