Start your Wednesday connected.

Every Wednesday morning, we meet at Ocean Grove Main Beach for an hour of connection, movement, community and a little fresh air - followed by coffee together at The Dunes.

There’s no pressure to know anyone, no expectation to be super social, and no need to arrive with a friend.

Just come as you are.

From 6:30am - 7:30am, we’ll spend time together outdoors, creating space to meet new people, have a conversation, move a little, laugh a little and start the day feeling more connected.

Then, for those who can stay, we head to The Dunes for coffee - because sometimes the best connections happen when there’s nowhere else you need to be.

What makes CONNECT different?

CONNECT isn’t about networking, fitness or having a perfectly curated social life. It’s about belonging.

We’re creating a welcoming community where you can turn up on your own, meet people without the awkwardness, and gradually find your place.
