InterPlay is a body-centred creative improvisation practice that helps you be and express more of yourself, embrace spontaneity and connect with others. 

With simple, step-by-step activities in a supportive, judgement-free space access your body’s wisdom and share in creative community. Come as you are, and we’ll honour our most playful human natures.

Accessible to all ages and abilities, no prior experience needed.

Entry by koha.  (Sliding scale down from a $25 ballpark. No one turned away for lack of $!!)

Find out about the venue.  Note - parking in the plaza (in the lane and in the under cover carpark)  is free for the first 90 minutes, and then $3.50 per hour. You need to either register at the parking machine or use the Parkmate app. The studio is next to BusyBee Quilt Shop - signage reads NowBreathe.
