As OD practitioners we deeply understand the power of reflection in nurturing individual and collective learning. This session offers us the opportunity to pause, introspect, and engage in meaningful dialogue with our community. Together, we will explore insights, share experiences, and gain valuable perspectives on our work and our practice.
