In this 6-week experience, you’ll learn to connect with your breath and experience the power that lies within you… your breath 🤍

Each week gently builds on the last, allowing you to develop a strong, embodied relationship with your breath and nervous system—without force, and entirely at your own pace. This is a powerful and personal journey, and my intention is to guide you in a soft, supportive way so you feel safe, confident, and empowered in your body.

We’ll explore the intimate connection between your breath and your nervous system, learning how your breath reflects your inner world—and how to use it to shift your state. You’ll also begin to gently uncover and identify core beliefs that may be shaping your life from the background, creating space for awareness, choice, and new patterns to emerge.

Together, we’ll explore:

🌬 Functional breath – establishing a foundation of healthy, everyday breathing

🌬 Breath awareness – becoming attuned to your natural patterns and how they shape your state

🌬 Conscious breath – using breath to bring calm, clarity, and presence to each moment

🌬 Transformative breath – unlocking deep healing, emotional release, and expanded self-awareness

You’ll be fully supported throughout the journey. By the end of the six weeks, you’ll have tools to regulate your nervous system, manage your emotional state, understand yourself more deeply, and feel confident in your breath—so you can step into breathwork spaces anywhere, with ease and self-trust.

No experience is needed—just curiosity, presence, and a willingness to breathe.

With this experience attending my Sunday breath and ice sessions is free for this 6 week period.

Date:  Starts Thursday 8th May, 6:30pm – 9:00pm, Thursday evenings until 15th June

What to bring: Water bottle, journal and pen

What to wear: Warm comfy clothes

Cost $600, (payment plans available, weekly or $300 in 2 installments)

Contraindictions:   Breathwork is a powerful somatic experience. If you are currently pregnant, have epilepsy, cardiovascular issues, uncontrolled high blood pressure, schizophrenia or other severe psychiatric conditions, or recent surgery or injury—please reach out prior to booking to make sure this experience is safe and supportive for you.
