Description
One Night. One Community. The Power of Music.
The Connecticut Hope Collective in Concert at Friday Night Folk will benefit FRESH New London. Get ready for an unforgettable night of music, community, and giving back!
The Connecticut Hope Collective brings together an inspiring lineup of songwriters and performers united by a powerful belief: music can bring people together and make a real difference in the lives of neighbors in need.
The Collective began in the summer of 2024 when songwriters Frank Critelli and Erik Rabasca co-wrote “Just Get To It,” envisioning a collaborative, community-driven anthem in the spirit of “We Are the World.” From that spark grew a musical community fueled by creativity, compassion, and a shared commitment to service.
Featuring an all-star roster of musicians, the Collective includes: The Bargain (Frank Critelli, Muddy Rivers, and Shandy Lawson); Chanda Rivers of Still Rivers; Brian Larney; Denise Jones and Thomas Sekscenski of Inner Groove; Lys Guillorn; Chris Bousquet of American Elm; Erik Rabasca; bassist Bobo Lavorgna; and drummer Jim Stavris. Together, they bring their music to local venues and festivals and have toured throughout the Northeast and beyond.
When these musicians take the stage together, the result is a spirited, one-of-a-kind experience—part roaming variety show, part Grand Ole Opry, and all heart.
Join the Connecticut Hope Collective at Friday Night Folk on November 13 for an uplifting evening of live music in support of FRESH New London. Come for the music. Stay for the connection. Be part of something good.
