Connecting Kids of Veterans

Come and join us on the farm! We will provide a number of activities for kids to get them connected to other kids of veterans so that they know they are not alone and other kids are experiencing the same issues as them. Open to all children of current and former army, navy, air force, police, fire, ambulance, SES and 000 operators.

We will conduct fun interactive activities including ball games, tug o war, orienteering, animal encounters and an equine assisted learning activity so they can connect to themselves as well as others. 

Must haves:

• Parent supervision - parents are to remain on site at all times and are responsible for their children

• Safe around farm animals - horses, donkeys and ponies are all large animals that have potential to cause injury, a safety brief will be conducted, any unsafe behaviour may result in the removal from the activity

• Enclosed shoes - no steel caps, but enclosed footwear is a must

• Sun safe clothing 

Meals Information: Lunch will be provided, dietary requirements can be advised during the ticketing process
