Breath & Sound Community Connections

This event is aimed at connecting our male veterans, but everyone is welcome, so partners please bring those stubborn men of yours! Come and relax on the farm and experience Breathwork, Sound Immersion, Cacao Ceremony, Fire Integration and Connection with your community. There will be a Breathwork session that will be guided through the vibrational sounds of Shamanic Drums, Handpan, Didgeridoo, Ocean drums, Chimes and more ending with some good food and a yarn around the fire. Facilitated by Mat & Mish from Creative Roots Breath Therapy, a male veteran and his partner with lived experience and includes dinner.

Dinner is included, dietary requirements can be advised during the ticket process.

Camping Saturday night can also be added at checkout
