Join Kirsty Rutherford and Natalie Gentle for our final Reconciliation South Australia webinar for 2024 - Connecting Reconciliation and Sustainability. 

Reconciliation and Sustainability have natural connections, and strong reciprocal partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are at the core. To engage deeply in Cultural Sustainability, we need to move past bush tucker gardens, and towards meaningful relationships with local Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander people that honor and respect Cultural practices that extend beyond caring for Country. 

Join us to learn about reconciliation as a segue to Cultural sustainability. Build your understanding to you can teach sustainability with hope and action; empowering student leaders; and real-world learning examples hands-on project. 

Stick around for a panel discussion (panelists TBC) to dive deeper into Cultural sustainability, the positive impacts that having genuine a reciprocal partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have on your sites sustainability and understanding the need for holistic, interwoven approaches to improving sustainability in your sites and beyond.
