Join Celine from Inner Growth Therapy to foster a connection with a protective figure.

In this empowering session, you will:

• Reconnect and ground to your center through somatic exercises 
• Through visualization and  trance create a healing inner temple
• Connect with your guides and spiritual team and find which protective figure you are meant to work with now.
  
• Learn to embody the energy of your protective figure through mindful movement.
• Utilize affirmations and  EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to make a deeper relationship with your protective figure.
• Engage in Breathing techniques to instill a sense of calm and enhance your connection and awareness of your protective figure.
• Discover how to use Visualization and Hypnosis to identify and connect who your protective figure is and tap into their resources.
• Receive practical tools for resetting your nervous system when you feel disconnected from your internal resources.

This group setting offers a healing and supportive environment. It can help you reconnect with yourself, reclaim your energy, release emotional blockages, and create a personalized daily routine to connect with your protective figure and begin to build your spiritual team.
