Connection Crafternoon (with Freshly Baked Cookies)

Meet through making. Pull up a chair, share something you love and grow your village.

Hi, I’m Ella! 🌻I’m a Community Builder with Befriend, and I’m creating a Crafternoon for and with young people to come together, make things, share hobbies and connect.

Think freshly baked cookies, cups of tea, cozy craft tables, sharing hobbies, and having a good old chat together. 🍪🧶☕️

There’s no need to be particularly crafty or know what you’re doing. We’ll have activities set up, so all you have to do is show up and have a go. As our community grows, we’d love for people to bring along the things they love and share them too.

Every fortnight there will be:

🎨 Painting & watercolours

✂️ Scrap & Yap

🖍️ Cozy colouring in

🧩Puzzles

🧶BYO hobby

🪡Community led craft stations

What to bring:Yourself and an open mind! If you feel called, feel free to bring along your own craft or some baked treats to share, but there’s no pressure at all.

Questions? Contact Ella at 0478 637 425, or ella@befriend.org.au

We hope the Crafternoon starts to feel a little like a second home - somewhere you can keep coming back to and be yourself in, creating and connecting over fresh baked cookies
