Description

A practice space for relational growth

Connection Lab is a consent-led, embodied workshop where we practice the art of giving and receiving through real, lived experience. Through guided exercises, we slow down to notice what is true: what opens you, what closes you, what feels nourishing, and what does not.

Rather than just talking about connection, we practice it. With other humans. You get to try, adjust, communicate, and feel the difference in real time. Over time, this builds greater ease, honesty, and skill in how you relate.

Drawing on consent, inquiry, somatic awareness, touch practice, and the dynamics of desire and boundaries, Connection Lab offers a practical and supportive space for relational growth.

What happens

This immersive three-hour experience may include:

  • guided partner and group exercises

  • communication and consent practices

  • movement and meditation

  • touch-based exercises

  • music and reflection

Everything is invitational, and you choose your level of participation at all times.

Who it’s for

Connection Lab is for anyone who wants to get better at relating — anyone longing for more honesty, more aliveness, and more connected human contact.

No experience is needed. All that is required is curiosity, respect, openness, and a willingness to learn.

What you’ll get

  • clearer desires and boundaries

  • more ease in giving, receiving, and honest communication

  • practical consent skills

  • more presence, sensitivity, and aliveness in touch

  • access to nourishing, non-sexual touch

  • deeper embodiment, self-trust, and connection

  • Who is holding the space?

Connection Lab is held by Bastian. I bring 15 years of practice in somatic inquiry, meditation, and inner work, along with a deep commitment to taking ownership of what arises in my inner world.

Lately, I have been immersing myself in relational practice, and it has awakened in me a strong desire for more contact, more truth, and more real relating with other humans. While I do not have formal training in the relationship field, this work is grounded in deep personal exploration, including the Wheel of Consent®, tantra, and embodied practice.

I hold this space with grounded presence, not as an expert above others, but as a fellow human in the work — learning, practicing, and growing alongside you.
