Dive into your connective tissue world through imagery, self-touch and movement.
Guided somatic explorations based in Body-Mind Centering® exploring the dynamic fluid and structural qualities of fascial layers, ligaments, membranes and more. 

Facilitated by Kim Sargent-Wishart, PhD, certified Body-Mind Centering® Teacher. 

Recordings will be available indefinitely for all who register. 

Classes on zoom Tuesdays 10-11am Melbourne time. 
Sliding scale/pay from the heart $100/$80/$50 AUD
