Conscious Breath is your fortnightly invitation into self attunement, to be fully present with yourself, as you are. Here, we take the time to tend to our inner garden, bring awareness to what is alive inside of us, to slow down and sit with what our body is holding.
I’ll open the space by sharing some collective intentions and explanation of technique. You’ll then be guided through a 45 minute breathwork journey. We begin with practices to bring you into full presence with your body, using the breath to activate and move your energy, to then cascade into the deeply restful state of the parasympathetic nervous system. In this state, you’ll be guided into a visualisation with the invitation to receive any wisdom that is available to you.
You’ll experience a full range of breathing patterns, active, rhythmic and restorative, as well as external breath retentions or breath holds. This is a practice in trusting yourself and listening to your body - your level of participation in any aspect of the journey is always your choice and you are fully supported to honour what feels right for you.
These sessions are ongoing and held on a fortnightly basis. Be sure to select your chosen date when securing your ticket!
