Conscious Breathing and Breath hold Workshop
Learning how to reconnect with the Diaphragm Take control of the Breath/heart and mind and in turn tune into our fullest potential and power. Diving into the true nature of what our human body is capable of and our ability to expand our consciousness. Learning how to open our heart and allow only love and connection with our mother earth.
This workshop is for all levels, for all and anyone wanting to learn more about the breath, our mind, our body and where it can go.
From someone who has never heard of the diaphragm before to advance yogis, freedivers and meditators. We will start off with the basics and will go deeper into the connection between breath in all areas of life and what power breath holding can bring us.
What will be covered in the workshop
*Learning how to use our diaphragm
*Learning the basic pranayama and yogic breathing methods, touching on Tibetan fire breathing.
*Intro into the basics of breath holds for freediving
*Leaning how to tap into all 6 senses, opening of the third eye and slowing of the mind and heart
*Recovery/hook breathing for all forms of physical activity
*Deep Meditative Technique
*Learning visualization techniques
*Learning about the [DFN] Default Mode Network
*Moving into a breath hold and meditation session with short sound healing
*Learning some lung and diaphragmic movements, stretches and strengthening
Total running time will be about 2hours with short Q & A discussion at the end.
What You Need to Bring
*An open mind and heart
*Small pillow if you wish
*Yoga matt or towel
*Something to write on if you wish.(I will have links and further information available for everyone after the workshop.
