Looking for connection that goes beyond swiping? Conscious Connect is a 2.5-hour experience for singles to meet like-minded people, slow down, and create meaningful, authentic connections. Through guided exercises inspired by somatics, authentic relating, and co-regulation techniques, you'll learn practical ways to connect that feel natural, playful, and grounded.

What to Expect:

Partnered Exercises & Games: Engage in structured activities designed to cultivate presence, curiosity, and genuine connection.
Time to Mingle: After the exercises, enjoy casual connection time, grab food from local vendors, and deepen new friendships at your own pace.
Comfort & Confidence: Wear something that makes you feel like your best self.

Who Should Come:

Singles ages 25–45 (plus or minus a few years) looking to connect with like-minded people in a safe, intentional environment.
Anyone curious about conscious connection, self-awareness, and playful, authentic interaction.

Event Schedule:

5:00–5:15 PM: Arrive, settle in, introductions & icebreakers
5:15–6:30 PM: Connection Games
6:30–7:30 PM: Casual mingling, connection deepening activities, and time to enjoy food from nearby vendors

Mia Becker is a certified somatic practitioner specializing in helping people break the cycle of chronic stress, regulate their nervous systems, and foster authentic connection. With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and extensive training in somatics, Mia blends practical therapeutic techniques with interactive experiences to help people feel grounded, present, and deeply connected.

Her mission: To empower individuals to come back home to their bodies, access inner wisdom, and create meaningful connections with others.
