Are you ready to explore the depths of connection—with yourself and others?

Join us for a beginner-friendly relating workshop designed to help you cultivate deeper intimacy, clearer communication, and authentic connection in a safe, supportive space.

🌿 What to Expect:

Welcome Circle: Ground into the space with intention and presence.

Eye Gazing Practices: See yourself in another through the simple yet profound act of holding someone’s gaze. We’ll reflect on judgments, self-awareness, and the human need for connection.

Relating Exercises: Learn how to ask for what you truly desire and feel into your body’s "yes" and "no." We’ll explore touch practices (nonsexual) like hand massage and the power of showering others with compliments.

Co-regulation Closing: We will come together in a way that allows our nervous systems to feel grounded and centred and slowly bringing the evening to a gentle close.

This is designed to hold your hand and guide you lovingly and gently back towards yourself and others in a deeper way.

About Ceri (Soularliving)

A somatic practitioner, eco-somatic yoga teacher, and somatic dance facilitator. Trained in feminine embodiment and sacred sexuality. She has held many classes, retreats, and workshops in new Zealand and overseas. Leading over 2000+ hours of classes and workshops, and 1000+ hours of training. She has a gift of bringing people into connection with themselves, each other and the earth. She has a deep love and fascination for goddess worship, ancient pagan religions, earth worship, deep ecology and somatic movement. Ceri creates safe, grounded, inclusive, and deep spaces.
