Conscious Connection Cocoon - 6 Circles 1 x Month ONLY $45 per month

I am creating this space to provide a regular opportunity for connection with like minded women as we come together to create a sense of community and safety. 

I am hoping that this space will bridge some of the gap that people are experiencing in life around not having a place to step into to "fill their cup" and remind themselves about how important it is to slow down a little, find some balance and peace within and not feel alone and unsupported in the world. 

We all need safe spaces where we feel we are able to be ourselves - or learn who that might be. 

This is a 6 month "Cocoon" which will commence on Monday 12th May & then continue on the first Monday of each month (with the exception of October which will be moved to the 2nd Monday of the month due to the public holiday). 

Each month we will have the opportunity to step into a loving space where we will move through whatever it is that is being brought into our awareness. This will be done through a variety of processes, meditation, creatvity, movement, reflection and rest. 

We will stay connected throughout the month through a private facebook page and there will also be the opportunity to participate in a monthly recommended book to read, as we share our insights and highlights (optional). Or you are welcome to just turn up each month. 

You will need to bring a yoga mat & pillow/blanket for meditation. Seats will be provided. You may also like to bring your water bottle. 

Venue location will be advised once numbers are confirmed. This will be in the local Maitland LGA.

I am excited and honoured to be offering this space to the community and look forward to spending this quality time with whoever is called to step in.
