CONSCIOUS CONNECTIONS
A 1 day workshop for Singles and Couples
This workshop will be a very active and participatory experience.
A full day of embodiment practices, connecting to self, connection with others and community.
You will leave with a more felt pleasure experience having explored a day of connection, play and learning.
We will be:
- Using breath to move your energy
- Exploring boundaries and consent
- Playing with your Yes and your No
- Holding space for each other
- Creating deep connections
- Connecting to your erotic self
Embodied practices connect us more into our bodies which gets us out of our heads. This creates new neurological pathways on a somatic learning, by changing the cellular memory of our body.
Whether you’re single or in a relationship this is an opportunity to dive deeper into your connection with you and give you body based learnings.
You do not need to have any previous experience to participate and you can choose to practice at your own comfort level.
This is a workshop that is held with deepest respect and honour for each individual. It is a safe space and all genders and sexual orientations are welcomed.

Doors open from 9:30am for a 10am start. Doors will close at 10am so you cannot be late.
