Conscious Dance for Women - December, Friday 13th

Join the Conscious Dance for Women sessions to explore movement, free expression, and connection with others. 

You don't need any dance experience. The event starts with a brief introduction and music to help you ground and connect with your body. Dance freely without any set choreography or steps. The music ranges from slow and meditative to playful and energetic, carefully curated to support your emotional and physical journey. End with a final relaxation and integration period. 

Conscious Dance sessions can be transformative. They can deepen your relationship with yourself, release tensions, awaken awareness, and create new ways of looking at life.

Wear comfy clothes and bring your bottle of water.

Please arrive 15 minutes earlier. The session will start promptly, ensuring we have more time to enjoy ourselves.

Tickets: $25 cash at the door or through the event link.
