I'm a 5Rhythms, Meditation and Creativity Teacher with a background in music production and social ecology.  I bring my deep love of music, earth and the power of community to my teaching.

5Rhythms Dance is a dynamic movement meditation practice that ignites creativity, connection, and community. Rather than having steps to follow, each rhythm ievokes a different energy in which you find your own expression and movement. As we drop into our body, listen, express and move with the body's impulses, we come home to our essence. The practise is very simple and accessible to people of all ages and abilities, and suitable for anyone who wants to rediscover the joy and freedom of dance that is within us all.
