Event description

🌿 2025 Conscious Growth Convergence

October 2-5, 2025 | Lost Valley Education Center | Dexter, OR

The Conscious Growth Convergence is a four-day gathering rooted in community resilience, earth-based wisdom, and cultural change. Set on the ancestral lands of the Kalapuya people, this transformational experience invites you on a journey through the elements — weaving together music, song circles, grief rituals, workshops, permaculture, and community.

For 2025, our theme is “Standing Strong Like an Oak,” drawing inspiration from the mighty oak trees that surround this land — symbols of strength, resilience, and ancestral remembrance. As we navigate political upheaval and ecological crisis, we gather to root deeper, grow stronger, and remember what holds us through the storm.

Join us on an unforgettable journey through the elements — Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Spirit— for personal and collective transformation. Just as acorns carry ancient wisdom for future forests, so too do we carry seeds of change — flourishing through mutual support and collective care. Together, let’s stand strong like an oak: rooted in community, branching toward possibility, and nourishing a future of conscious growth.

✨ EVENT DESIGN:

The Conscious Growth Convergence is designed through Elemental Activism. Each offering is categorized by the elements (Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Spirit), where we activate the forces that support growth.

🏔 EARTH: Ground into practical skills and resource sharing that build tangible community resilience. From permaculture to mutual aid, discover how we can create stable foundations.

💧 WATER: Flow through emotional landscapes with grief circles, healing ceremonies, and practices that help us process collective trauma while maintaining our capacity for joy.

💨 AIR: Clear the mind and strengthen communication through breathwork practices, conflict resolution, stress management, and tools for maintaining clarity amidst chaos.

🔥 FIRE: Ignite your empowerment through creativity and power. Explore embodiment and somatic practices that transform challenge into catalyst for change.

SPIRIT: Connect it all together through ritual, song circles, and practices that remind us of our interconnection and innate resilience.

We will begin each day with the Spirit element, then split up into multiple workshops and offerings, where you choose which element you are feeling called to. We will gather back with Spirit at the end of each day to share meals, reflect, sing, and dance to music together.

📍 ABOUT THE VENUE:

Lost Valley Education Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and intentional community land trust located in Dexter, Oregon. LVEC uses a permaculture approach of ecological design and restoration to steward 87 acres of Oak Savanna, woodlands, and mixed conifer forest ecosystems. This sacred land is home to a camas meadow, meandering creek, streams, ponds, orchards, and permaculture gardens that are collectively stewarded. Since 1989, Lost Valley has been a place for experiential learning through holistic educational programs, community development, events and volunteer opportunities.

🌲 ABOUT THE LAND:

We gather on the traditional lands of the Winefelly band of the Kalapuya nation. We acknowledge the history of forced removal and genocide at the hands of European colonizers, and recognize that these impacts continue today. We are committed to moving beyond acknowledgment into direct action and reparative relationships with Indigenous communities. We strive to honor this intention throughout the event and beyond.
