Free Community Event - Conscious Music and Sound Healing with Phil and Natalee

 Ready for calm after the storm? To come together as community, sooth the nervous system, reset, get clarity and move forward stronger together. Phil and Natalee understand the impact of significant events on the nervous system and would love to offer this wonderful community a Free Music and Sound Healing Event Sunday 16th March after the storm passes.

Our intention is to create a space together to rest, recharge, connect, reset and align with our highest selves and move forward with peace in our bodies, a light and clear mind and joy in our hearts.

Conscious Music and Sound Healing with Phil and Natalee is a unique offering of Inspiring songs, ethereal vocals, healing shamanic tones, spoken poetic meditations and angelic harmonies in an intentional soundscape designed to heal and transcend. For this event you can expect gentle breath and meditation to shift the nervous system out of fight or flight into you parasympathetic nervous system where healing and higher consciousness occurs. Likely followed by some movement, uplifting music, light language and deep cellular healing with our dreamy sound soundscapes and connection with community in a guided, light and easeful way.
