An online presentation to increase your self-awareness of your approach to personal leadership by exploring your external ways of 'doing' and internal ways of 'being' that influence your wellbeing and performance, and the impact it has on yourself, the people around you and your environment at home, at work or in your community.
Fiona will take you through Cara Consulting's Conscious Personal Leadership model and provided worksheet to help you identify tangible and practical steps to consider and implement that improve your personal wellbeing and performance.
You can choose to pay NZD$10 for the presentation, 100% of which will be donated to Lifeline Aotearoa, who Fiona volunteers for. However, we do not want this to be a barrier for anyone who would like to participate and might benefit, so there is an option to select a free ticket. This is not monitored or assessed in any way.
