Consensus Decision Making with Groundwater Arts

We know that decolonized leadership involves the elimination of the hierarchy and the practice of true consensus decision making. But what does a true consensus process even entail?

This Consensus Decision Making workshop is one method rooted in southeastern Native traditions. It's a hands-on workshop that will teach a very specific strategy of shared leadership - quite the opposite of the hierarchical model of leadership within the theatre and many other industries. Participants will learn the structure and immediately practice this consensus decision-making practice.

Each workshop is capped intentionally as participation is required. This is not a workshop to observe and passively participate. Please be prepared to speak with your video on as you are able.
