Conservation with Friends of Mosman Park - September 2026

Volunteer your time to help restore, revive and re-vegetate our unique natural environment with Friends of Mosman Park Bushland.
Friends of Mosman Park Bushland is a small group of bushland volunteers who meet each week. They have been re-vegetating local plant species and ensuring the native wildlife continues to have the habitat and food. They also put together a great morning tea.
Event Details:
Date: Every Friday in September (4th, 11th, 18th, 25th)
Activity Time: 8:30am-11:30am
Getting there: Make your own way there (MYOWT). If you get lost, call Sue on 0419 942 483.
Location: Meeting place released week of.
Septemeber 18th - Getting there by public transport: Catch Bus 995/107 to Beagle street, Genders Park. Walk across park, across Tom Perrot Oval on McCabe Street to the rotunda on the river. -32.022651, 115.766848
Attire: All volunteers MUST wear long pants and enclosed shoes (e.g. runners, sneakers, steel-cap boots, etc). We also recommend bringing a hat, sunglasses, a drink bottle, and encourage all students to wear sunscreen on the day.
Morning tea will be provided for this activity.
