Forest Therapy

Emma and Rob from Its Naturally you invite you to join them on a guided walk through the scenic Epping North Conservation Reserve nestled in the heart of Epping North. The trail will take approximately 2.5 hours.

This forest therapy experience is crafted to help you relax and connect with your senses and surroundings.

Different from a traditional bushwalk, forest therapy prioritises the journey over the destination.

It offers a deliberate, mindful and serene approach to immersing yourself in nature.

Plus, you can enjoy a small snack together at the end.
