Event description
Take a mindful pause in the middle of your week to reconnect with nature, your body, and the ocean.
Join us for a gentle morning ritual of stillness, saltwater, and simple connection.
We’ll meet on the sand for a guided nature meditation, tuning into the sound of the waves, the feeling of the breeze, and the rhythm of our breath. From there, we’ll go for an optional ocean swim.
Afterwards, we’ll wander to a nearby café for a warm coffee and conversation before heading into the day feeling grounded, refreshed, and reconnected!

This is a simple, nourishing way to start your morning and build a connection with a community of nature-lovers.
