ConserVentures Nature Walk - Carlingford
Event description
Join us for a guided nature walk along the beautiful Hunts Creek Loop. This easy wander takes you through lush bushland, scenic creek views, and the tranquil Balaka Falls. Along the way, we’ll combine time in nature with meaningful action through rubbish picking to help regenerate the area, and simple citizen science activities to learn more about local biodiversity.
What to expect:
Walk length & difficulty: Approx. 3.5 km; easy terrain with some gentle rises and a creek crossing.
Scenery: Dense eucalypt forest, native shrubs, possible wildlife sightings (birds, reptiles), creekside ambience.
The highlight: the peaceful Balaka Falls, which offer the perfect spot to stop, rest and take photos.
