- How developed must my project be?
You can bring any project at any stage of development to this workshop. It doesn't matter where you are at, even if this is an idea. The beauty of this work, is it meets you were you are at.
- Will I need to present my work?
No, you will not be asked to present, read or show any work. The less the better. Having said that, as part of the introduction as a group, you will have the opportunity to share what you are working on, including as much or as little detail as you wish to squeeze into a five-minute time limit. If you decide to go deeper with the group and work on your project individually - and there is no obligation - we will drill down into your process or project in more detail
- How experienced do I need to be?
This workshop is for creatives, or for anyone seeking to bring more creativity into their life. That means any experience level is welcome — whether you're just starting out or well established in your career.
- What about confidentiality?
Every attendee will be asked to sign a binding group confidentiality agreement.
The beauty of this work is that if you're still concerned about the confidentiality of a piece of writing, a screenplay, painting, game, design, or any other aspect, you don't need to divulge the entire storyline or concept. Past attendees have had huge shifts working with just one aspect of their project — a theme, a block, a character dynamic or even their relationship to the project itself.
- What if I'm not a creative or an artist? Can I still attend?
This workshop welcomes anyone curious about creativity in their life — you don't need to identify as an artist to belong here. Past attendees often leave with real insight into where and why they've felt blocked, along with practical ways to invite creativity back into their everyday lives.
- Do I have to work? Or the inverse — will I get a chance to work with you?
You don't have to work if you don't want to. There's enormous insight in supporting others, and in constellation therapy, being invited into someone else's process is always, in some way, about your own too. That said — everyone gets a chance to work, whether in a longer process or a shorter one. Either way, you'll leave with a chance to look at your own process, project, block, or challenge. - I've heard you do a follow up session with all workshop attendees?
Yes, this is correct.
Anyone who attends my workshops will have a 30-minute follow-up call or Zoom. We can use this time to check-in, to discuss the project in more detail, or even do a short, individual online constellation.
