Constitutions 101
Your Club’s Constitution (sometimes called the Rules) sets out the most basic legal requirements that your Club and its members must (yes, must) follow. By the end of this module, you’ll have a good understanding of your own Club’s Constitution, and you’ll understand the process that must be followed when changes are needed.

Explanation of mandatory clauses in every Constitution
Examples of optional additional clauses
Knowing when your Constitution has problems or needs updating
